We want you to love your home projects; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that cut yarn, opened kits, and custom canvases are final sale to ensure the quality of materials for all our stitchers.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that yarn labels are intact and canvases are not folded or creased.

  Ship to Needlepoint Joint

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
