How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. For custom canvas orders or out-of-stock specialty threads, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our needlepoint supplies worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
What is your return policy for canvases and threads?
We accept returns on unopened, unused kits and full skeins of thread within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the craft, we cannot accept returns on canvases that have been stitched or threads that have been cut.
Can I request a custom needlepoint design?

Are the colors on the website accurate to the actual thread?
We strive for color accuracy, but please note that monitor settings can vary. If you are trying to match a specific dye lot, please include a note with your order or contact us directly to ensure a perfect match.
